Luxor Weizen

Luxor Weizen is brewed in Egypt by Egyptian International Beverages Co.  I first tried Luxor Weizen while I was in Luxor, Egypt in late October of 2006.  While I found Luxor products in other parts of Egypt, I only found Luxor Weizen one time.  It is listed here as one of the best beers in Egypt and the only weizen.

Meister Max 8%

Meister Max 8% is brewed in Egypt by Al Ahram Beverages Company, which is part of Heineken International.  I first tried Meister Max in Cairo during early November of 2006, while I was beginning my travels through Africa.
