Pike Saison Houblon

Saison Houblon is brewed by Pike Brewing in Seattle, Washington.  I first tried Saison Houblon in July of 2012 after finding it at the Safeway in the Admiral District of West Seattle.  I am still finding Saison Houblon in stores and I found it interesting that Houblon is French for hops.

XXXXX Pike Stout Extra Stout

XXXXX Pike Stout is brewed in Seattle, Washington by Pike Pub and Brewery.  As part of Seattle Beer Week, I am sharing Pike XXXXX because it was one of the very first Seattle beers that I ever tried after moving here in late 2008.  I found Pike XXXXX Extra Stout at the Big Star Beer Market when I first had it.

Pike Auld Acquaintance

For a new year post, what would be more appropriate than a beer with a reference to Auld Lang Syne? Auld Acquaintance is from Pike Brewing in Seattle. I first tried this beer in the winter of 09/10 but I also had it again this winter.

Here is a Beer Advocate review.
